Saturday November 4, 2017, join Green Spaces Alliance of South Texas at Hemisfair’s Yanaguana Garden and Playground for SA Flow Fest and Run, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. SA Flow Fest is a gathering of energy and movement.  This event is a celebration and an opportunity to reflect on how energy and movement, in many forms, is all around us, shapes our environment and ultimately the human experience. Flow Fest aims to create an energetic space that is welcoming for all ages and abilities. This event will promote creative ways to achieve health and wellness.

Net Proceeds will benefit Green Spaces Alliance of South Texas, San Anto Cultural Arts, and Kinetic Kids.

The events begins with a 3k/5k walk/run down along the river. To participate in the 3k/5k, registration is required. To learn more about Flow Fest, visit www.saflowfest.com. Throughout the day there will be Yoga, Zumba, artistic performances, music, kid’s activities and creative play, local food, wine and beer.

Admission to Hemisfair is free and open to the public. Many of the day’s activities will also be free! Even if you do not wish to participate in the run/walk, come on out for food and other activities.
