An approximately 97 acre property was gifted to Green Spaces Alliance to ensure that the property will be retained forever in a natural condition. The property is located about an hour north of San Antonio in Kendalia, TX. The entire property is in the Edwards Aquifer drainage zone making it important to the water quality that enters the aquifer.

Parts of the property have been found to be suitable habitat for the Golden Cheeked Warbler and the Black Capped Vireo. Green Spaces Alliance has been conducting passive management of the property and allowing it to regrow from years of intense livestock grazing. It offers astonishing, 360 degree views of the valleys below and of the big and bright stars of the Texas countryside.
